Surf Lessons we offer:
Kids Surf Lessons
We offer lesson for kids aged 6-12. Each lesson is up to 2 hours per day and includes all the necessary equipment. The parents can be close by to watch the lesson if they want. We can pick the children form your accommodation or you can take them your self to the class location. Safety and fun are our main priorities.
Beginner Surf Lessons
Our beginner's lessons are 2 hours per day and includes all the necessary material. We can pick you up form your accommodations and take you to the beach.The students ratio is 1:6. The beginner's lessons are taught in waist deep water. Here you will learn everything from paddling, standing up techniques to turning and make an evolution to paddle outside and learning to catch unbroken waves.
Intermediate Surf Lessons
We can pick you up every morning or we can arrange a meeting point from where we go to the selected spot. Each day includes 2 hours surf per day, all the equipment necessary is included. You will be given the step by step guidance that will have ridding the waves in the fastest time. In this level we have a student ratio 1:6 for better surfing experience and a more focus lesson.
Advanced Surf Lessons
We can pick you up every morning or we can arrange a meeting point from where we go to find the best conditions for you level of surfing. Each day includes 3 hours surf per day, divided into 2 hours surf, and 1 hour to start learning the basics about how weather conditions create the surf and it will be given the step by step guidance that will have ridding the waves in the fastest time.
Private Surf Lessons
For the ones that prefer to learn even more fast we also provide private lessons with one teacher for one student.
This service must be planned in advanced to find the best location to a private lesson.
SUP Lessons
For the ones that wishes to try Stand Up Paddle we also provide lessons in the river or in the sea depending of the weather conditions.
This service must be planned in advanced to find the best location to have a nice lesson and a good SUP experience. This experience can vary between 2/3 hours and haves all the necessary equipment and insurances included.

Best time to go depends on your level above. July, August & September are the peak tourist months.
This is where you surf Europe's best coast line and let the fun begin.There are over 12 surf breaks along the Ericeira coast, with different options for all standards. With so much choice you'll feel like a kid in a sweet shop! The area was introduced in the Stormriders Surf Guide to Europe with the heading "Enter the Heartland".
World Surf Reserve
In 2011 it was awarded the title of 'World Surf Reserve', there are only 2 other places in the world that share the title: Santa Cruz, US and Manly, Australia.
If it is your first surfing holiday to Ericeira then head straight to Foz do Lizandro and Sao Juliao beaches south of town, they are perfect beginner and intermediate surf spots. Closer to town is Praia do Sul. Another great beginner beach breaks. All best at mid tide but surfable at high and low tide also.
For Intermediates you have the reliable and safe reef break Ribeira d'Ilhas, which host the WSL World qualifying series surf championships every year. And for the more adventurous you have the world class Coxos. That's just naming a few, there are too many surf breaks to mention here!
Don't forget to explore further up the coast - 25 minutes away is Santa Cruz and an hour away is Peniche, home to the World renowned Supertubos and host of the Rip Curl Pro since 2009. 30 minutes south of Lisbon is the Cascais coast with the famous Praia do Guincho surf beach. And when north winds are blowing you can venture further south towards Carcevelos beach and the other surf spots along the Lisbon coast.

CANCELLING YOUR BOOKING
- To cancel go to the MyAccount section and log in or register and you can cancel from within your account.
- Your deposit is non refundable but can be used for the same property/surf school within one year of your original booking.
- You can cancel anytime up to 30 days before travelling and you will be refunded the balance.

How did you like the accommodation?
Accommodation was very comfortable and homely. Staff very friendly and helpful.
Ericeira lovely little town. Lots of nice places to eat and drink. Lovely ?? cocktails.
How were the surf lessons?
Surf lessons very good. A lot of fun but hard work. Instructors very informative, helpful and caring. Our party were collected prior to lessons at our accommodation and then dropped home afterwards. Beaches convenient but some rocks in the water.
