Location

The Rapture Surfcamp Nicaragua is located on Maderas hill, 9km away from the beautiful surf and fishing village San Juan del Sur.
Our home spot Playa Maderas, one of the most famous surfing beaches in Nicaragua, is in a 15 minute walking distance. With 340 days offshore winds a year and its incredible consistency, good surf is guaranteed.
For more variety, our safari cars are leaving every day to different beaches in search of the best waves.

The Place

A beautiful surfcamp in the middle of the jungle, with a stunning view over Nicaraguas most famous surfing beach Playa Maderas.
It can accomodate up to 22 people in two dorm rooms and two private rooms.
You can find the private rooms on the second floor, with shared bathroom, tropical outdoor shower and a beautiful terrace with view over jungle and ocean.
The dorms are very spacious with beds for 8 guests and a bathroom with open, tropical shower.

In between the surf sessions, you can relax in the infinity pool, hang out at one of the comfortable chillout areas or play pool by the bar.

How did you like the accommodation?

     

Really beautiful accommodation on the hill above Playa Maderas, great breakfast included. Only downside is you are far from anything if you want to explore in the afternoon

From Monday – Saturday including the transport, material. The qualified instructors at our surf school in Nicaragua are skilled, experienced and enthusiastic. They possess a deep knowledge of local conditions as well as surf spots and can help you find the best times and breaks for your skill level.

Private Surf Lessons

Per person per day, 2 hours, including board rental.
