Location

Nestled at the very bottom of the Anti Atlas Mountains is our main accommodation in Tamraght, a traditional Berber and tranquil surf village with amazing charm, situated next to Taghazout and just 15km north of Agadir.

The beach is a 10 minute walk from our villa, and the terrace, lounge and dining room has ocean and mountain views.

The Place

Located in the peaceful village of Tamraght, between the mountains and the sea, is our wonderful Offshore Surf and yoga camp. Sitting in the foothills of the tranquil Anti-Atlas Mountains, we're surrounded by world-class surf spots and just minutes from our local beach and point break - Devil's Rock and Banana Point.

Our large building is full of character. It's bright, clean and spacious with plenty of vibrant colours and cosy corners. Our stunning rooftop terrace boast panoramic views of the surrounding coastline, ocean and mountains. Equipped with comfy sofas and greenery, it's the perfect place to chill-out post-surf and watch the waves or the stars in peace. The terrace is also the picturesque backdrop for our sunrise and sunset yoga classes, and the upstairs lounge and dining area is where we gather for dinner, games and to review the day's surfing progress with photos and videos on the flat-screen tv

Relax and replenish your energy levels with free WiFi in all rooms, a book swap and various games. Our emphasis on healthy, clean eating will leave you feeling tip top, with delicious sugar free cakes, traditional meals made with love, all plant based unless otherwise requested. How did you like the accommodation?

     

Accommodation was lovely, it was great to be staying in a traditional Moroccan Riad with windows and doors opening onto the beautiful garden and pool. Tamraght is a quaint little fishing and surfing village with a lot of charm, I felt so at ease here and everyone made me feel like I was at home. Babakoul is definitely worth a visit for the amazing smoothies!

How did you like the surf lessons?

     

Thank you so much to Mbarek and Charlotte! When I arrived at Off Shore Surf I was struggling with my pop up, confidence and had limited surfing knowledge. After two weeks they had me popping up, turning frontside, backside and progressing onto learning timing and positioning. Between Mbareks surfing knowledge and instruction and Charlottes surfing specific yoga I can't believe it was possible to progress so much in just two short weeks. Iv already booked my next stay. Count down has begun!

How did you like the accommodation?

     

Super cool rooms, all with en-suite which is great. I loved swimming in the pool at the end of the day, and they lit up the garden at night with funky colours which was so cosy. A great atmosphere here, I felt right at home and the staff are all amazing!

I had such an amazing stay with Offshore. My surfing was a bit rusty but at a steady intermediate level and we were taken to the best beaches around the coast. Mbarek gave me great feedback from watching me on the beach one day, which helped the rest of the week. Sometimes it's something simple that helps the most. Cannot wait to return again, I didn't want to leave. Thank you Charlotte and Mbarek xx

With world class waves on our doorstep, first class ISA trained surf instructors and a training program to get you surfing at your best, you'll not want to surf anywhere but Offshore Surf Morocco! I grew up in this village and exploring the hidden surf spots with our guests is what I love the most!

Main Surf Beach: Our local spots are Devil's rock, Crocro and Banana point, but we go where the waves are best, be prepared for an adventure!

Surf Lessons we offer:

Kids Surf Lessons

We offer educational and super fun surf lessons for children aged 10 and up. Our maximum group size per instructor is 5, surf lessons are approximately 2 hours and we collect surfers from their accommodation. Surf boards are provided, but please ensure your child has a wetsuit.

Beginner Surf Lessons

Each day includes 4 hrs of surfing, split into 2, 2hr sessions. Student/teacher ratio is 1:5. All surf equipment/transport is provided. We pick up from your accommodation, with delicious, healthy packed lunches. You will be practicing in waist high, white water. You will learn standing techniques, how to turn your board, and progress to paddling, catching green waves (unbroken) and much more!

Intermediate Surf Lessons

Daily pick up from accommodation, taking you to the best waves for your ability. Each day includes 4 hrs of surf coaching, split into 2, 2hr sessions. Delicious, healthy lunch and all surf equipment provided. 1 coach for every 5 students. Daily video/photo feedback. Learn about waves and how they are formed, with in-depth surf science and step by step guidance on how to improve your surfing

Advanced Surf Lessons

Daily pick up from accommodation, taking you to the best waves according to the swell and tides. Expert, ISA 2 qualified coach, helping you with maneuvers/technique/surf science to advance your surfing. Using video and photo feedback daily, to improve at a faster pace. Delicious, nutritious and filling lunch is packed.

Private Surf Lessons

One to one 2hr surf lessons available. All surf equipment and transport provided, and pick up from your accommodation to the best spot for your ability. Focus on your tecnique, achieve your goals and smile throughout with our ISA level 2 qualified coaches, making you feel happy and safe throughout. Learn step by step how to advance your surfing, whatever your level.

Surf Guide

Daily pick up from accommodation, taking you to the best waves according to the swell and tides. Expert, local ISA 2 qualified surf guide will guide and surf with you, offering any help you would like with maneuvers/technique. Transport from dawnies to sunset sessions, as you like. Board hire available at reduced cost. Delicious, nutritious and filling lunch is packed for an extra 40DH.

Yoga

Join our daily sunrise or sunset Anusara yoga classes, on our beautiful ocean view riad terrace. Rejuvenate your mind, your body and your soul, allowing your body to heal itself in the blissful Moroccan sunshine. Incorporating a morning wild flow class to get your body ready for a day in the water, with an evening yin yoga class, full of juicy stretches to ease your muscles, gently relaxing them
