During the week, our guests will have the chance to experience :
5 surf lessons (2 hours each)
5 yoga sessions (1 hour each)
5 mix sessions (workout, breathing, history of surf, …)
3 video analysis sessions
1 horseback riding tour
1 fishing excursion
1 hike in Cabo Blanco
1 beach clean up
We will also provide :
7 nights at Star Mountain Jungle Lodge (double or triple occupancy)
All breakfasts, lunches and dinners
Snacks during the day
Drinks (including beers and wines at dinner)
Transfer to and from the airport

We are very excited to welcome you at Star Mountain Jungle Lodge during your stay at Wave Surf Camp.
Star Mountain Jungle Lodge is situated in the heart of the jungle, providing an immersive natural experience with capuchin and howler monkeys as your neighbors. This spacious property extends all the way to Cabo Blanco National Park, offering an array of wildlife and biodiversity to explore.
Star Mountain offers four comfortable bedrooms, each with its own bathroom. The open living and dining areas seamlessly blend with the outdoors, and a large inviting pool is available.
We offer the option to book a double room for an additional price. Otherwise, our rate are on a triple room basis.

Beginner Surf Lessons
We organize 5 lessons during the week. Each lasts about 2 hours. We provide surfboards, rash guards and after surf refreshments.
We also make sure you get proper training outside of the water by working out, stretching, having breathing techniques sessions, ...
At the beginning of the week, we will evaluate everyone level and plan the lessons accordingly to everyone's objectives.
Intermediate Surf Lessons
We organize 5 lessons during the week. Each lasts about 2 hours. We provide surfboards, rash guards and after surf refreshments.

Yoga
We include in our weekly schedule 5 yoga sessions. This aims to help you strengthen your body, become more flexible, relax. We are lucky to have the great Nancy Goodfellow as our yoga teacher.
Surf beaches around Santa Teresa
Playa El Carmen is the most popular spot in this laid back Santa Teresa surf area. It is an excellent open beach break for all standards. Surfing Playa Santa Teresa is a mix of sand and volcanic rock which create some barrel riding waves. Hermosa offers gentler waves, an excellent spot for beginners.
Air temperature in Santa Teresa is the same year round 32°C. The seasons can be divided in two: From December to April you have the Dry Season, and from May to November the Wet Season. The busiest time for tourism in Costa Rica is the Dry Season.
Santa Teresa is a year round surf destinations. From April to October is the larger swell season. From December to March waves are smaller but nice and clean, usually around 4 foot and it is probably the best time to stay at a Santa Teresa Surf Camp. The Wind is not usually a major factor and glassy offshore conditions are usually best in the morning.
The area has dozens of waves off the beaten track waiting to be explored and surfed from Manzanillo in the north and around to Montezuma on the other side. Come Surf Santa Teresa with us...
