About
7ª Essência Surf and Bodyboard School is a project targeted at the teaching and promotion of water sports, in particular, surfing, bodyboarding, longboard and stand to up paddle (SUP). Created in 2005, is one of the oldest schools with accreditation from the Portuguese Surf Federation.

Kids Surf
We offer lessons for kids aged 6 to 11. Each lesson is up to 2 hours, with all equipment needed, 1 instrutor for every 4 studens and personal insurance for a safety and funny experience. We pick your at Vila Nova de Milfontes. Each day we head to the beach with the best waves conditions for your surfing skills. With a wide choice of spots, we can offer unique experience.
Beginner Surf
Each day we head to the beach with the best waves for your surfing level. With a wide choice of spots, we can offer beginners surfers a unique experience, you can surf in the ideal conditions for you. The Surf lesson have 2 hours of duration, with a certified coach for 6 students, all equipment needed, insurance and transport. We will pick you at Vila Nova de Milfontes.
Intermediate Surf
Each day we head to the beach with the best waves for your surfing level. With a wide choice of spots, we can offer intermediate surfers a unique experience, you can surf in the ideal conditions for you. The lesson have 2 hours of duration, with a certified coach for 6 students, all equipment needed, insurance and transport. We will pick you at Vila Nova de Milfontes.
Private Surf
Each day we head to the beach with the best waves for your surfing level. With a wide choice of spots, we can offer a unique experience, you can surf in the ideal conditions for you. The lesson have 90 minutes of duration, with a personal coach, all equipment needed, insurance and transport. We will pick you at Vila Nova de Milfontes.

A wild with extensive golden sand, is located about 5 kilometers north of Vila Nova da Milfontes. It is characterized by offer good conditions for the practice of surf and bodyboard all year round.

Cancelling
- To cancel go to the MyAccount section and log in or register and you can cancel from within your account.
- Your deposit is non refundable but can be used for the same property/surf school within one year of your original booking.
What happens if the surf school cancel the Surf Lessons?
In the rare occasion that conditions do not allow for the surf lesson to go ahead you will be given a full refund.
