We can provide you several Stand Up Paddle Boarding tours around the area of Beira Alta, where are the rivers, lakes and mountains in Portugal. Each tour it´s a different experience and extremely competent the SUP in RIVER whose main concern is security, then the passion for business and good mood, creating a pleasant environment among all our customers and visitors.

- Due to changing tides exact surf lesson start times are not decided until the week of your lesson.
- After you book we will contact you the week of your lesson to tell you your lessons start time.
Yoga
You can get a taste of SUP fitness and yoga with on an SUP board. Enjoy a fitness programme that works your aerobic capacity, balance motor and strength.
SUP
We provide several SUP Tours around this area. When you book, you can choose the river or lake and if you want a 2h or 3h tour. All tours include SUP Instructor and photos. We offer one to one training. 1 hour 30 mins lesson. All equipment included. You don´t need any SUP experience before to do a SUP tour. All people are welcome. It´s a perfect activity for family!!

Cancelling
- To cancel go to the MyAccount section and log in or register and you can cancel from within your account.
- Your deposit is non refundable but can be used for the same property/surf school within one year of your original booking.
What happens if the surf school cancel the Surf Lessons?
In the rare occasion that conditions do not allow for the surf lesson to go ahead you will be given a full refund.
Debit/Credit cards are not accepted on site – cash only.
