Ben's Surf Clinic

Kids Surf

We offer surf lessons for children from 6-18, all our lessons are for two hours in the water and we provide all the equipment and coaching (you can however use your own boards if they are deemed appropriate). Lessons are divided roughly by age and ability levels. We work on a 1:6 student to coach ratio. We also provide week long camps during all school holidays, camps are progressive.

Beginner Surf

We provide all equipment and quality coaching with level 2 surf coaches. Begniiner surf lessons are for two hours, we start of with getting your basics solid and the best way to do this is get you in the water, catching waves and proning to the beach. Once you can catch waves and flow to the beach we work on popping up and riding to the beach. we know how to get you going well right from the start

Intermediate Surf

Intermediate lesson are run in groups of no more than 6 this is to ensure that you get the coaching and focus that you need at the right level for you, Our level 2/3 coaches will fine tune your basics to make sure you get more fromyour surfing & look to develop and progress your skills no matter what the surf conditions. We focus on green wave riding, turns, speed, clean pops, and paddling out.

Advanced Surf

Advance lessons will be with Ben a ISA Level 3 coach. Sessions will be disucssed before hand to ensure you get what you are looking for and can include surfing reef, working on tighter sharper turns and manoeuvres. There is also an option to video session and analysis it afterwards, with feed back and progressive coaching plan for the future.

Private Surf

Private surf sessions will be run for whatever standard you like and cant be booked for any day. Lesson plan will be decided on by the surfer and coach. This is a great way to really focus in on what you are doing but also if you are looking for move into a new area of surfing, be it getting out back for the first time, surfing reef etc.

Surf Guide

We offer a surf guide service to experienced surfers looking to be put on the spot , as we have been surfing and coaching in Ireland for 20 years we know all the little options that can make a surf trip. Alays get in touch if you are not sure where to go even if it means you dont end p with us , we love to see people score the wave of their life in Ireland.
