Location

In Santa Catalina, a beautiful traditional fishing town with some of the best surf in Central America. The town is the nearest from Coiba National Park island. The Villa is a 5 minute walk to the centre of town, and 10 minutes to Playa Estero Surf beach & just in front of Surf spot The Point, famous in Central America.

The Place

An amazing villa with 10 rooms overlooking the waves of the Pacific Ocean.

The villa can accommodate up to 22 guests in 10 splendid private rooms, all having their own private comfortable bathrooms.

It also has a big garden with a swimming pool where you can store your boards, wash & dry your wetsuit, relax and barbecue with friends and other guests.

Surf lessons, guiding & equipment is all available on site. Dinner is cooked each day by our chefs.

How did you like the accommodation?

     

I love this place. Beautiful view. Room, staff, and atmosphere were all amazing. I felt very comfortable and relaxed. It is a remote location, so it was several hours from the nearest airport. There is not much nearby but perfect if you just want to relax, surf or dive.

Hello,

I want to thank you and your wife for making me so comfortable. I have never traveled outside the US on my own and you made it a great experience. The accommodations were perfect; exactly what I was looking for. In such a short time I felt safe, comfortable and at home...almost like visiting family. Not sure I’ve ever felt so relaxed. Please tell Marta how much I appreciate her picking me up and taking me to the airport. I know that was included in the price but It’s such a long drive and my Spanish isn’t good enough to chat with her or even properly thank her. I certainly would not have wanted to drive that on my own at night. You have a beautiful place there. I hope some day I come back.

Surf Lessons Available

Surf Lessons we offer:

Kids Surf Lessons

We offer lessons for kids aged 6 -12. Each lesson is up to 2 hours per day and includes surfboard and wetsuit. We ask that parents are closed by. We take you from our accomodation and take you to the beach. Safety and fun are our main priorities

Beginner Surf Lessons

Our lessons are 2 hours per day and include boards and wetsuit. Transportation to the beach is included. Student ratio is 1:3. The beginners lessons are taught in waist deep water. You will learn everything from standing techniques to turning and finally paddling outside.

Intermediate Surf Lessons

We pick you up every morning from your accomodation and take you to the best waves in town. Maximum groups of 3 per teacher. You will learn how waves are created, how weather conditions create the surf and be given step by step guidance that will have you up and riding the waves on your first day!

Advanced Surf Lessons

We pick you up every morning from your accomodation and take you to the best waves in town. Maximum groups of 3 per teacher. You will learn how waves are created, how weather conditions create the surf and be given step by step guidance that will have you up and riding the waves on your first day!

Private Surf Lessons
