Join us on a 7-day Yoga & Surf Adventure in the jungle. You'll spend your 7-days in paradise surfing incredible waves, doing daily yoga to help center your mind and ease your body and sleeping in ocean front rooms.

This package includes daily yoga classes, daily surf lessons or unlimited board rentals, ocean front accommodations, daily breakfast & dinner, and a guided jungle tour.

The price listed is the TOTAL for TWO people in a private ocean front room. (Divide the number in half for the price per person).

Location

Punta Banco, Costa Rica is the last town on the pacific coast of Costa Rica. The road ends in our beautiful, small, and friendly community. The town center is less than a 5 minute walk from your room and has a few mini to supers, sodas, and soccer field.

6km north of Punta Banco is Pavones, the home to the 2nd longest left wave in the world. Due to it's fame, this wave does get quite crowded during a swell (unlike Punta Banco). There are other point breaks along the way and past Pavones that we would be happy to show you. Pavones is a larger town and has a couple supers, more restaurants, bars, & sodas.

The Place

A spacious ocean front home located in southern Costa Rica. You'll sleep only 10 steps away from the ocean where you will be right in front of endless & uncrowded beach break waves. The waves start right in front of your room and go all the way down the black sand beaches. You have multiple options for surf spots.

The lodge is nestled at the bottom of 800 acres of private rainforest. This provides us with ample privacy, stunning jungle views, and lots of opportunities to see the rainforest wildlife as it comes down from the jungle mountain to munch on the various fruit trees that grow all over the property.

You also have access to the yoga deck where you can hang out, join a class, or get a massage.

The two ocean front rooms are very spacious. They each have two queen beds, a bunk bed, a large closet, space for your surf boards, ceiling & standing fans, a large private bathroom, hammock & porch chairs that overlook the ocean, and access to the fully-equipped kitchen and seating areas.

Surf lessons, board rentals, jungle tours, yoga classes, massages, SUP, bicycles, horseback riding, and more available on site.

Surf Lessons we offer:

Kids Surf Lessons

We offer surf lessons for kids ages 5-12. The lesson is held directly out front of your room on the ocean, or depending on waves conditions, we take you to a smaller wave. The lesson is approximately 2 hours and includes the instructor and board rental (no wet suit needed in these warm waters!). We ask that parents stay close by during this time and that your child is comfortable in the water.

Beginner Surf Lessons

The lesson is held directly out front of your room on the ocean, or depending on waves conditions, we take you to a smaller wave. The lesson is approximately 2 hours and includes the instructor and board rental (no wet suit needed in these warm waters!). We have 1 instructor for every 4 students.

Intermediate Surf Lessons

The lesson is held directly out front of your room on the ocean, or depending on waves conditions, we take you to a softer wave. The lesson is approximately 2-4 hours and includes the instructor and board rental (no wet suit needed in these warm waters!). We have 1 instructor for every 3 students. You'll learn about how to read the wave and how weather affects the ocean and conditions.

Advanced Surf Lessons

The lesson is held directly out front of your room on the ocean, or depending on waves conditions & your skill level, we'll take you to another wave. The lesson is approximately 2-4 hours and includes the instructor and board rental (no wet suit needed in these warm waters!). You'll learn about the beach, reef, &/or point breaks that you are surfing and how to read them based on conditions.

Private Surf Lessons

Private lessons are available & held directly out front of your room on the ocean. Depending on conditions we can take you to a softer/smaller wave if needed. The lesson is approximately 2 hours and includes board rentals and instructor who will teach to you based on your skill and knowledge level of surfing & the ocean. You MUST be comfortable in the water.

Surf Guide

Our surf guides will gladly take you around the many options for beach, reef, and point breaks in the area. Included is a board rental, rides, & surf guides who will show you the waves and teach you about the area that you're in.

Yoga

We offer yoga twice a day (morning & evening) as well as private yoga classes on our open-air jungle yoga deck. Yoga mat is provided at the studio. We also offer Aerial Yoga, Tai Chi (upon request), and Tai Bodywork massages and workshops.
