Location

The holiday will take place in Santa Teresa, Puntarenas Province, Costa Rica. Located in the heart of town and surrounded by jungle, Akih Pods Hostel is situated only five minutes away from amazing beach breaks and point breaks in Playa del Carmen and Santa Teresa Beach. Beginners, intermediate, and professional surfers and yogis visit the town to enjoy disconnect in one of Costa Rica's and the world's most consistent beach breaks.

Akih Pods Hostel is located within walking distance of the local surf break, supermarket, bars, restaurants, and surf shops in town. A property filled with nature and magically retreated from the sounds and fast pace of the main road. Located in the Southern Peninsula of Nicoya, this area is surrounded by national parks, waterfalls, wildlife, and a fishing lifestyle. Expect to find a family to owned hostel tracing its path in a developing town filled with energy and contagious surf culture.

The Place

Akih Pods Hostel can accommodates surfers from all over the world. Multiple dorm rooms with private bathrooms and rooms with shared bathrooms. A/C included in all dorms.

Our facilities include an inviting outdoor kitchen, bar-&-pizza area, refrigerators, picnic tables, yoga deck, gym, free parking, hammocks and surfboard rental.
On occasion we make pizza nights and live-music events.

The property is surrounded by palm trees, tropical plants, flowers, and local wild animals as occasional visitors.
