Location

In San Juan del Sur, or Offshore Land as we like to call it the beautiful local town is surrounded with some of the best surf in Nicaragua. The centre of town is a 6min drive or 10min walk from Casa One 2 Surf. Our daily beach shuttles vary between different locations running north and south of the town, depending where the best swell is hitting on a particular day.

The Place

A newly, modern built summer house with an outdoor pool just 100m walk to the beautiful San Juan del Sur Beach.

The house can accomodate up to 8 guests in 4 spacious private rooms and 1 shared room, all with private ensuite bathrooms.

It also offers a fully equiped kitchen, outdoor BBQ facilities and space to store your boards, daily laundry service, space to relax and enjoy your stay with friends and other guests.

Professional Private, Semi-Private and Group Surf Lessons, week long Surf Safaris are available to book on site. Plus a private beach shuttle running daily! Breakfast is served each day for $5USD.

Surf Lessons we offer:

Beginner Surf Lessons

Professional surf lessons including private shuttle to and from your accomodation to the beach, rash guard, water bottle, surfboard and all necessary equipment. Student ratio is 1:4 Lessons are a total of 2hrs.

Private Surf Lessons

One on One, Including Private Shuttle to and from your accomodation to the beach, rash guard, water bottle, surfboard and all equipment. Total 1hr 30mins.


Surf conditions in San Juan del Sur

Payment

  • A small deposit is required to secure your booking.
  • Your balance is due to the property 14 days before arrival. The Property will contact you to collect payment. If you book within this 14 days then the property will contact you shortly after you book to collect the balance.
