Lahinch is Irelands main surf town on the West coast of Ireland.This vibrant small town has a main beach that is perfect to learn how to surf on and in the surrounding area is home to some of Ireland most famous waves, Rileys and Aileens. Dotted all along the coast North and South of Lahinch there are a huge variety of waves, beach breaks such as Spanish point and lots of both peat and rock reefs.
At night the town is great to chill out in and go and see some of the great Irish live music in many of the local bars.
This holiday home has been recently renovated, with 4 Bedrooms, and 2 bathrooms (1 double room with en suite, 2 twin rooms, and 1 single room : sleeps 7). Conveniently located on the Ennistymon Road, the Links Holiday Homes are under a 10 minute walk (700 metres) from Lahinch Beach and all the main attractions of Lahinch. The location is ideal as it is situated on the Wild Atlantic Way, and aside from being walking distance to the beach, surf schools, and board rentals, it is also walking distance of the famous Lahinch Golf Course.

The area around Lahinch, in the West of Ireland, offers a huge selection of surf spots ranging from mellow beginners beaches to epic reefs and points. Lahinch promenade is one of Ireland's best learn to surf beaches, a long sandy beach offering many different areas to surf.
A few kms south of Lahinch is Spanish Point which has a mellow beach break and some excellent rights. Keep going towards Kilkee and you will find many more spots.
Travel a few kms north and you will find the magnificent Cliffs of Moher. When the conditions are good enough you might see some tow in surfers surfing Ireland’s monster wave “Aileens”. Continue on a few kms north reaching the Burren and you will come across many beautiful beaches including Fanore, another perfect surf spot for beginners & intermediates.
