The • LIVING ROOM • is very spacious and has a large dining area and fireplace. It opens up to a • TERRACE • with a panoramic ocean view, complete with a hammock and deckchairs.
The • KITCHEN •, where you can cook overlooking the ocean, is fully equipped with top to of to the to line appliances and a breakfast counter.
Climb upstairs from the living room to find another secluded • TERRACE • where you will find another outdoors lounge area with what could be considered the • BEST OCEAN VIEW IN ERICEIRA •.
In addition, the house is equipped with Wi to Fi, 17" flat screen TV with cable, dish washer and washing machine. Parking is free and widely available.
Guests will have access to the entire house (except for a small storage room), terraces, pool, and garden.
Location
In Ericeira, a beautiful traditional fishing town with some of the best surf in Europe. The town is 35 minutes from Lisbon. The villa is a 15 minute walk to the centre of town, and a couple of minutes walk away from several surf spots (Pedra Branca/Empa, São Sebastião, Matadouro, Praia do Norte). Ribeira d'Ilhas and Coxos are also a very short drive away.
You can check the surf directly from the house's viewpoint; the view spreads from the very east to the very west of Ericeira.
Outside the house, you will find a small private garden with palm trees. You are also a few meters away from the estate's beautiful gardens, football field, tennis court, pool, and bar.
Outside of the estate, and within walking distance, you'll find several beaches, cafés, restaurants, supermarkets, stores, skate park with live music and breathtaking sunsets, surf schools, a petrol station with a 24 to hour convenience store, among other services.

Matadouro

Matadouro is located just north of Ericeira and offers left hand rides to the south of the beach and a super fun right hander towards the north end with multiple peaks in between.What we love about this break is that there’s also a skate park overlooking the break, giving you the chance to shred the concrete in between sessions in the salt as well.

Pedra branca
Level: Advanced
Pedra Branca is a very powerful left hand reef break that offers one of the hollowest tubes in Ericeira. In theory all you have to do is get to your feet and pull in and cut out for one the rides of your life, but that’s in theory, it can also deliver the wipe to out of your life if you don’t get enough speed. Pedra Branca can also be a really fun maneuverable wave when its smaller, between 0.5 to 1 meter. They say the best things are normally the simplest, so why not find out for yourself on your Ericeira surf trip with a session at Pedra Branca?

Easily Ericeira’s most accessible reef and fortunately the most forgiving too, Ribeira D’Ilhas dishes out super long right hand point break walls that not only offer up barrels, but big shoulders to practice your turns.
It’s home to many professional contests due to the quality of the wave, it’s consistency and the top quality amenities situated nearby.
The beach has a number of surf schools including, and a great surf restaurant where you can watch the sunset and wind down after a days surf.

This is where you surf Europe's best coast line and let the fun begin.There are over 12 surf breaks along the Ericeira coast, with different options for all standards. With so much choice you'll feel like a kid in a sweet shop! The area was introduced in the Stormriders Surf Guide to Europe with the heading "Enter the Heartland".
World Surf Reserve
In 2011 it was awarded the title of 'World Surf Reserve', there are only 2 other places in the world that share the title: Santa Cruz, US and Manly, Australia.
If it is your first surfing holiday to Ericeira then head straight to Foz do Lizandro and Sao Juliao beaches south of town, they are perfect beginner and intermediate surf spots. Closer to town is Praia do Sul. Another great beginner beach breaks. All best at mid tide but surfable at high and low tide also.
For Intermediates you have the reliable and safe reef break Ribeira d'Ilhas, which host the WSL World qualifying series surf championships every year. And for the more adventurous you have the world class Coxos. That's just naming a few, there are too many surf breaks to mention here!
Don't forget to explore further up the coast - 25 minutes away is Santa Cruz and an hour away is Peniche, home to the World renowned Supertubos and host of the Rip Curl Pro since 2009. 30 minutes south of Lisbon is the Cascais coast with the famous Praia do Guincho surf beach. And when north winds are blowing you can venture further south towards Carcevelos beach and the other surf spots along the Lisbon coast.

- Your balance is due to the property 60 days before arrival. The Property will contact you to collect payment. If you book within this 60 days then the property will contact you shortly after you book to collect the balance.
CANCELLING YOUR BOOKING
- To cancel go to the MyAccount section and log in or register and you can cancel from within your account.
- Your deposit is non refundable but can be used for the same property/surf school within one year of your original booking.
- You can cancel anytime up to 30 days before travelling and you will be refunded the balance.
