  • We all really enjoyed it. Location-wise, the apartment was perfect. It was lovely and clean as well as spacious with all the necessary facilities so we were very impressed.  The surfing was brilliant too - we really felt that we chose just the right amount of time in the 3 days and the instructor was excellent. We improved really quickly although on the last day, the waves were massive so spent most of the time washing-machined! Definitely hooked!  The city has mostly Spanish tourist and not that many English-speakers really (which was good as made me practice the lingo a bit!). Generally, it was a lovely relaxing holiday and we all really enjoyed!!  - Cat, Dublin

  • We had an absolutely wonderful holiday and San Sebastian was amazing ,it certainly lived up to my expectations. We were really happy with the apartment ,beautiful old building and the apartment was perfectly clean and very well equipped. The Semana Grande added to the wonderful atmosphere, the Pinchos were amazing as were the cakes and bread from the shops on Calle Mayor. There was an excellent range of restaurants. The fireworks display each night were  fantastic. I didn't surf but swam in both beaches ,preferring Zurriola for the great waves .....the water was so warm. Now that I know what taking surfing lessons entails I would certainly do it next time - Kate and Kevin, Cork
